Hidden Falls - April 9

Should be there at 10am to meet up, unless my kid bails on me. Looks like most of you guys are running 37's. I'm running a bone stock Rubicon on 33's. Hope I can still hang with you guys, especially since I don't want to get too beat up on my first run and I have to make it back to Humble. I'm happy to bail on anything you guys think will be too much of a risk or would require too much rock stacking to make it cleanly and take the alternates. But I don't want to hold you back either. Here's the back of my jeep to reference. Bonus points if you know what the Cucuy is. HA!
Hope to see ya'll in the morning. I'll let you know if my plans take a detour. Plan on hitting the road about 6 am.

I have a bone stock Rubicon suspension on 33’s as well so I’m in the same boat! Just hit 5,000 miles last weekend so not looking to break anything, but these Jeeps are pretty darn capable stock.

It's been 6 years since I wheeled at Hidden Falls. Which trails are the badge trails?

I believe the entire park is considered the badge trail so you just need to show up and go off road! Also, don’t forget to check in.

We should be there a bit before 10- coming from SA. I have a Sahara with 34s and open diffs, so I’ll be trying to keep up, but also running the lighter-ish trails.
And el cucuy never scared me, but fair warning: once you cross the SA corridor, you’re in chupacabra territory!

Just got home. I just want to thank the awesome group for helping a newb and showing me what my stock Rubi is capable of. We had a great time and it was well worth the 4 hr drive each way. Ya'll were awesome. Thanks for letting me tag along. We made some memories we will never forget, my kid has the bug now (and so do I).
