Help with ride

Guys I need your help here. I have '18 Sahara and I replaced wheels and tires within 500 miles of picking it up. Tires are Falken Wildpeak AT3W, these are P rated. Wife and kids are always complaining that the ride is too rough and bumpy. You can feel every bump and potholes in the road. I already reduced the pressure to 32psi and that helped a lot but not enough

I am thinking I need to replace something to make this work but not sure what. I have almost 9k miles on it and it's never seen any trails just malls. What would you recommend?

You need a C rated tire. Any higher load rated tire is overkill on a wrangler, even fully loaded.

These are lower load rated than C. These are meant for passenger card instead of light trucks.

Oh, I thought it was a typo and you meant D or E load rating. What size tire and wheel did you change to? Did it feel the same, or softer, during the first 500 miles?

It's the https://www.helowheels.com/product/wheels/he878/?attribute_pa_finish=satin-black for wheels and 33" Falken tires. The ride is a little bit rougher but not by a much after getting these wheels and tires.

Those are a sharp looking set of wheels. I'm assuming you either went with 17" or 18", because the 20's don't seem to come with the necessary bolt pattern. If you had something larger than 18", I'd say the shorter sidewall was your culprit, but that doesn't look to be the case.

Have you tried chalk testing the tires to see if the tires contact patch is being fully utilized? Possible there's a bit more wiggle room to drop another lb or 2, before negatively affecting longevity.

The wrangler with solid axles will always ride bumpier than other vehicles. Sounds like the wife and kids need to toughen up.
