Are you sure your battery isn't too low to start. I had a similar episode with a radio install on my Wife's Renegade and it was just the battery was too low to start. Jumped it and it started and all error codes went away

I checked all the fuses and they are good. The battery is good. I had to get a ride to work. So, I am planning on finishing the heigh10 install tonight. If it still won’t start with the heigh10, I will have the code tomorrow.

Thank you. I got the heigh10 install done and the Jeep is still stuck in that mode. I am going to have to plug the uconnect in and get the code tomorrow. Thanks for the help. Crossing fingers I get it running soon.

So, I called and spoke with the dealership parts dept. I told him the Jeep would not start and he said “oh wow”. He was able to give me the anti-theft pin, however, he said there is a separate code I may need to start the Jeep. He told me he would need me to come down to the dealership in person, with the registration and ID to get it.

has anyone heard of another code?

Ok, thank you. I won’t know if it works until I get home tonight.

I should also mention I have a tazer. I noticed there was another member asking about possible conflicts.
You definitely will want to unmarry your Tazer if they need to reprogram anything

Even if you unhook the main battery under the hood. There is a small motorcycle battery under the fuse box that’s still providing power (if you have the non-ETorque version). So it wouldn’t work.
You can disconnect the main negative terminal and separate the 2 leads on the posts to separate and disconnect both batteries.

Doing that now. The pin only unlocked the stereo. Jeep still won’t start. It says the airbag, and stability control need serviced. I don’t get it.

I have disconnected the negative and positive from the main battery. I have also separated all of the wires from the negative side. So, I am going to reconnect the main battery in the same sequence as removing and see if it reset anything.

If that does not fix it, the only thing I think I have left is towing it to the local dealership. I am afraid that will cost a fortune.

I would say to put everything back to stock for the moment until you have more time.
Double check all of the connections to make sure the plugs are all in the right place
Well, I have disconnected the battery, as described and still nothing. This is what the cluster is reading.

Can anyone think of anything else I can do?

Another issue is, the Jeep is parked in the garage and my driveway is on a hill.

If I have to have it towed, how the heck will I get it out of park and not crash? There are no brakes.

I'm sorry but this is way above my knowledge. If your battery is fully charged then the only other thing I would know to try is using your Tazer to try to clear all the service messages.

A good tow truck operator should be able to help with the garage and brake issue.

I really feel for you. This has to be so frustrating.
