Are we sure that Jasmine and Julie from JeepCares are still monitoring this forum? It appears it has been a week since they responded to any post?

I am sure it takes them at least a week to catch up on the direct messages they are being sent. I would not want to see their inbox on this forum. I am sure they are here but just trying to sort through that inbox and replying where needed.

Julie just responded to a post on here yesterday at 10:58AM. Give them some slack guys, you know they are being bombarded with this clusterf*** of a launch by FCA.

Jeepers I hate to be a bother but......It’s the often asked question over in the mojito corner and it’s been a solid 9 days since we have asked here.... is there any chance I’ll be rolling around in a mojito jlur for Canada day ?

I don’t want to risk ordering a bland colour when the elusive Mojito might be on its way.

Someone else can chime in, but I recall someone else saying after a certain date the block heater was separate from the cold weather group. But that could be totally wrong. I just read someone else saying it.

It is no longer part of the cold weather package, got removed from it sometime mid march.

That’s what I figured, but I did submit an order that I selected the cold weather options and it included the block heater. Now in good faith I expected the block heater to be installed on my Jeep. When I wasn’t and I wasn’t told otherwise and given a chance to add it I feel Jeep was in the wrong. It’s a minor cost part so don’t see why it can’t be added.

Also, some Jeeps that we’re caught in the price and options change stil got the block heater as I’m sure it was moving down the assembly line and had already been installed.

I ordered mine on March 11th. At the time, it was still part of the package but my guess is it will arrive without it.

@JeepCares recommends that you send them a private message. I did recently and it took them a few days but Jasmine did respond. I can not begin to imagine how busy they have to be. Yes, they are representing Jeep but they do not own Jeep. I'm sure they have a hard time getting some if not most of the questions we have answered. So please feel free "To Come At Me Bro", but let's take a breath and realize it is probably not the most enjoyable experience dealing with us sometimes either.
