I live in Gatineau, Quebec lol
Work in Ottawa, and put that as my location as I thought not everyone’s gonna know where Ottawa is, let alone Gatineau ! Lol
Haha, right on!

Been to Quebec three times now and planning a fourth. Beautiful place, and Montreal is a lot of fun. Trying to drive the laurentians this summer, and boy would a topless Wrangler be a nice vehicle to do that in...

Hi Greg,

It is still expected to be added to production in May.

Jasmine
Jeep Social Care Specialist
From JeepCares: "The feature will be available for order in June 2018. I apologize that you were given incorrect information previously." I am despondent....
Jasmine,

Can you give us an update on the status of the Sky One Touch Power Top. Fellow forum member, Templeton, received a twitter message that stated Production of the Power Top would begin in June. The last time you responded to my post here, March 8th, it looked like production was still slated for May.

Can you give us an update to clarify when production will begin, as well as when we can order the Sky One-Touch Power Top? It would be most helpful. I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, the order date would precede the production date.

Thanks,
Gregodav

Jasmine & Julie,

Maybe this question has been asked and answered. I am glad that you are here, but very frustrated with the tracking of Jeep orders. It seems the vehicles are either mis-labeled, or they are just sitting in a lot waiting for shipping for several weeks. I do not understand. I "Live-Chat" jeep daily. I have been in "it is approved for shipment but still awaiting arrangements" status for several weeks and the ETA keeps getting longer. Then yesterday I "live-Chat" Jeep and they tell me that it is in transit and give me an ETA. The next day I call to verify and I am told "it is approved for shipment but still awaiting arrangements."

I am a bit troubled that a customer is paying tens of thousands of dollars for a product, and that tracking it extremely sub-par compared to an $11.00 overnight package from Fed-Ex or UPS. And the response from "Live-Chat" seems to be that it is not their problem.

I would think in the age of 2018, and beyond, that FCA would have a handle on the tracking of millions and millions of dollars of assets and that they would be willing to share this information on a real-time basis with those that are paying $36,000 to $60,000 for your product.

Can you maybe help me understand?

I just received this from another Sky One-Touch Power Top forum fan:

I saw an email a few weeks ago that my dealer received that said the order banks open May 2nd for the sky one touch too.
There is a great deal of confusion about the Sky One-Touch Power Top order and production dates. We are hearing a lot of mixed messages.

What is the best guess from the crew?

@JeepCares -

Your "Build and Price" tool on your website CONTINUES to contain glaring mistakes.

For example:

For a long time, when you tried to build a punk'n or mojito Rubicon Unlimited, it would force you to choose tan leather for your interior. We know for a fact that was incorrect, as you can order a punk'n rubi with cloth interior. Mojito will be the same.

Mojito disappeared from the builder, but it recently came back (likely because we're near able to order it). But it's STILL forcing tan leather interior when you try to build a Mojito Rubicon Unlimited.

THIS SHOULD BE FIXED, AS YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ARE BEING LED TO BELIEVE THAT A RUBICON IN THAT COLOR WILL REQUIRE A $1500 OPTION (LEATHER) AS MANDATORY!!!!! YOU COULD POTENTIALLY BE LOSING CUSTOMERS.

There are many (frankly WAY TOO MANY) even on this site that still believe you have to get tan leather (which is false), and that's on a site frequented by only the most die hard Wrangler owners and potential owners. I'm sure the general public takes the Jeep website at face value (as they should) which is way off.

You know what's worse than that? The fact that the builder also still doesn't snow the $750 March 1st price increases.....

Are we sure that Jasmine and Julie from JeepCares are still monitoring this forum? It appears it has been a week since they responded to any post?

Yeah, that's why I made sure to say there were mistakeS. It's pretty crazy. That tool is likely the very first thing anyone that wants to take a look at a Wrangler would go to. It's your very first line of defense. How it's not perfect and the focus of the site is completely beyond me.

I'm sure they are. This isn't their job... My guess is it's likely something they get to when they don't have anything else going on. Only a few seem to post here. It's possible they're all at road shows, or any other of a dozen things that would take them away from here for a week.

The problem is that you guys expect a small company like Fca to be able to keep a website updated. They are only a 150
Billion dollar company.

That makes sense. I am guessing there are a few social and PR types headed to the Easter Jeep Safari.
