I bought a Heated seat module off e-Bay that had the connectors and pigtails so I built the harness for it.

2018 Rubicon, none of the wires were present in the dash harness. They were present in the body harness so I used @RAMSTEEL spreadsheet to add them.

So just trying to understand the harnesses I need to make, as I was a bit confused.
I'll need the one that goes from the steering column to the comfort module
one that goes from the comfort module to the climate center stack,
and one that goes from the seat heat pads (each side) to the body harness,
and one from the body harness to the comfort module?

It’s not too bad, it does require quite a few parts and attention to detail, but I like doing stuff like this.

Rick got a dash harness and cut it open and pulled out the wires needed, I got lucky and found a module with the connectors and a short pigtail for me to build off of. There are three wires that go to the passenger side footwell to power the unit, there are two can bus wires that go to the white bus under the glovebox. Two wires that go to the SCCM (clock spring) connector. Then 10 wires that go to the two connectors in the drivers footwell. There is no physical connection between the heated seat module and the HVAC Control other than the communication over the can bus.

• 3 wires (c1,3 and 4?) from the drivers footwell to the comfort module (heated seat module), all the are power
• 2 wires from comfort module (c1 port) to the can bus under glove box. is there a connector there to plug in to or does it need spliced in?

The two can bus wires go to under the glovebox, if you don’t get the whole harness like Rick you will need a connector, I have the part number at home and can post it later.

The 10 to the drivers footwell are the heat/sense wires to the seat pads. You will need the jumper harnesses attached to the bottom of the seats. One of those 10 is a ground that I attached to one of the ground lugs in the footwell.

A 2018 Rubicon, I have a 2018 Sport S and it has the wires in the main harness as well and would be the same process to add it to mine.

Could post a picture of your heated seat module? I bought the same thing as you, I just need to know what connector goes to what. Where do the two black, on green, and one white connector go too off the heated seat module?
