Heated Seats & Steering Wheel Not Coming On When Programmed To

Now that the cold weather is her in Michigan, I went into the settings for the heated seats and steering wheel and set them to turn on with Remote Start Only. That doesn't always happen. So I went back in and set them to turn on for All Starts. Again, it is hit and miss for them to turn on after starting the Wrangler. Temperature should not be the issue. I would understand if the outside temperature is too warm. But it's in the 20's here and should turn on with whichever option I choose. Any thoughts on this?

....not as cold here but mine are doing the same thing. First world problems, I know. yet its still a bit odd. My heat is also wacky. Itll be set at 63 or something and ill be sweating. 10 minutes down the road its blowing freezing air. I would bump it up a few degrees, then itll start scorching again....no clue why

I have noticed my heat fluctuates quite a bit at times as well.
