I know what it is, I have the soft top, so I definitely don't have a rear defroster.
But you could switch to a hard top later! (No idea if we have all the proper wiring/hookups. (wiper) tubing, etc. if we didn't opt for the hard top originally.)

If your Jeep arrived from the factory with only a soft-top, then you do NOT have the proper wiring/tubing needed for the rear defroster/wiper.

That all needs to be added, including a new stalk for the wipers so you get the rear wiper control.

I see, but I like my soft top and will be buying a tinted soft top at some point in the future. Am I forced to setup the proper equipment plus a hard top to get heated mirrors or is there other ways to go about with it while keeping my soft top?

Heated mirrors have nothing to do with a hard top. Did you even check to see if you have heated mirrors? Look for the heated mirror logo on each side mirror.

I will check because I don't have any buttons on the center console that indicates having such tech in the car.
The "heatable" mirrors do/should have that symbol the OP mentioned.

My button is pretty noticeable, too. So I'm guessing you don't have it. But I do know there are a lot of option configurations.

Makes sense. I have no intention of ever getting a "real" roof, so I never cared enough to check. :)

The first image is confusing me. Can you take a larger picture, also I don't have a rear defroster or heated seats or steering. My car is very vary basic for a 2020 model.

Look at your side mirrors. If you have heated mirrors that symbol will be on them.

I had the mirror folded in to try to help with the reflection. This picture should give you a better idea where to look for the symbol:

Fwiw, you're not missing out on much if you don't have the heated mirrors

I see. The thing is, I want to build a luxury setup. I am not buying the car for off-roading. My project is to build the most tech/luxury Wrangler out there. Leather heated/ventilated seats, electronic doors, mirrors, etc...

Good luck. You'll be spending way more money than what you could have bought the vehicle for with those options.

So you started with a base Sport? Interesting choice - I see a lot of reinventing the wheel in your future.

Yeah, but it's all I could afford. I also got the car at a very good price with 1 owner and 13,000 miles only. So it was a steal.
