Gupton custom order timeline

Hey guys,

Wanted to hear from recent Gupton customers on how their timeline for delivery is looking like. If you can share your experience and info it will be very helpful.
Here's my status:
08/17 - Deposit made and VON received.
08/31 - VIN received (Daniel might have received the VIN earlier, I just happen to email him on that day)

Order details below. He originally said it will be approx 10-12 weeks but could be sooner. Thanks folks!

I placed my order on the 8/16 for a Sport S 2-door and am at the same stage as you. Have the VIN, but no other movement.

Ordered a jlu 6/18 arrived 8/23 picked up 8/27 . Working with Daniel and Walter at Gupton was great. My order had half doors which I believe slowed it by 2 weeks. Wife’s Sahara with SOT also ordered 6/18 is due in this week.

Placed my order with Daniel on 7/12 and stuck in "Parts are gathered, should start any day" for the last two weeks. Can't really judge from that. Mines a XR Rubi. If it's not an XR, 4XE or 392 it should move pretty quick.

I ordered from Gupton on 8/20, VON same day, VIN 8/26, no updates since. I was given a 10 wk estimate with a hope that it would be sooner. The waiting game is no fun!

Congrats on your order! I ordered from Gupton on 7/22 and my build was completed yesterday (8/31).

Ordered 6/18
VIN 6/21
In D status 8 weeks.
Took about a week to go from D1 to built
Due in by 09/06, still not here as of 09/01
Flights booked to pick it up 09/10

So if it shows by 09/06, 11 weeks to be built and shipped. A week for the prep to pick it up, so 12 excruciating (all summertime) weeks.

My birthday is 10/13 and I’m hopeful I get a big ol’ present by then!

I live in Bowling Green, Ky. Just about an hour north of Gupton

No problem! Mine should be ready to pick up on or before 9/13.

On a different note, regarding the TL discount. I have registered, paid and have received the control number and letter. Is there anything else that I need. Also, what is this 30 day wait period?

My understanding is that you must be a TL member a full 30 days before final payment/delivery of your Jeep. This allows the dealer to apply the additional 1% discount
