It depends on numerous things that no one has pinpointed though a bunch have tried.

You will see a build time of as soon as 3 weeks, and as long as 6 months, but the builds are not the biggest holdup lately, delivery is. You will see a delivery times of a week to 3 months. Or more.

Honestly, 4-5 months is a good guestimate.

It typically won't work until at least the build sheet, but it might be the window sticker becomes available.

Just got off Jeep Chat, they said my Jeep is now in transit however could not give me an ETA as that system is down.
Ordered 1/18/22, built and stored 3/28/22. Loaded JLRUD
so maybe I’ll actually see it in a couple of weeks.

My Sahara was in "Scheduled" D1? status for 20 days before I got the build sheet, and the dealer said it is in Inspection now.

Today I got the email from cryptostickers stating that the build sheet was up! JLUR XR with all the electronic pkgs. Ordered on 2/25, so just about 2 months to the build. Am I being too optimistic to think I may have it in June?

I saw a post on another Wrangler forum saying that the pigments for the red paints come out of China and they are in a massive Covid lockdown. They said any red colors will be held up. Of course, I ordered firecracker red. Please tell me that post was bullsh*t.

Several dealers offering under invoice. I thought about ordering a new one just to shave off some miles and get a few years newer but so far the one dealer I talked to wont give a trade value until I put down $1k non refundable right now and we were within 30 days of delivery so no thanks.

I'm new here but have been reading and learning a ton of great information. I ordered my 2022 Sahara 4xe on April 1st for a 30th birthday present to myself. I did end up ordering through a dealership who offered the tread lightly discount. I joined tread lightly the same day I placed the order on my Jeep.

Fast forward to today. I just received news that my jeep has arrived at the dealership! I know it shocked me too. I'm only 26 days in on my tread lightly membership. Does anybody know if the 30 day membership really holds true when it comes to the discount? I was able to obtain a control number today.

I figured I'd ask you guys for your input. Owning a jeep has been a lifelong dream of mine and I'm so excited to finally join the family!

They're pretty firm on the 30 day waiting period. You can get a control number early but if they submit it before the 30 day waiting period it will get kicked back and the dealership will send you a bill for the difference. Call your dealership and tell them you have Covid and will be in next week to pick it up and you will bring your welcome letter and control number with you when you come in. How the hell did you get your Jeep built and delivered to the dealership in 26 days?????

The dealer should have 14 days to make delivery, so just schedule to pick it up on a date after your 30 days.
