I ordered my JLUR on 2/23. Still have not received any emails from FCA with a VIN or VON or any other info whatsoever. Should I contact the dealer? I was told by the dealer when ordering that update emails would happen automatically from FCA...

I ordered on 2/19 and haven't received a single email from FCA yet but wasn't expecting to either, dealer never mentioned that at all. I messaged dealer the Monday after I ordered and was able to get VON and then with that got the VIN via jeep chat a few days later.

I am new to this so I am not sure what the normal process is but I ordered my 2 door Rubicon on Feb 25th and my dealer was the one who provided me with the VIN and the VON (Vehicle Order Number) the next day. I contacted my dealer today. I asked for the VON and VIN and they made it seem like I was crazy . I told them I wanted the POC (priced order confirmation) to be sent to me so I could attempt to get updates / track the build process. My salesman stated he had never heard of anyone outside of the dealership having the capability to do so... Found out the Jeep is in “KZ - Released by plant and invoiced” . Either way, I got them to send over all of the needed info. Entered my VIN to track progress and hopefully now I wont need to contact the dealer until delivery day

Received my window sticker today from cryptostickers. I assume since its listed as KZ and has been issued a window sticker that I should have it pretty soon. Hopefully thats the case... I really was not looking forward to the extended wait time that a lot of these orders go through. I’m not the most patient person I must admit...

This may have been answered before but wondering if anyone else has had the same issue I’m experiencing . Jeep chat is telling me my build was delivered to my dealer over a week ago. My salesperson says it hasn’t shown up yet.

3/1 Dealer Ordered 2021 JLUR. Confirmed with me on text Monday morning of 3/1 order placed.
Granite Crystal, SkyTouch One Touch, 4:1 Rock Track Full Time Transfer Case, Leather, Premium 8.4 and Alpine, etc.

3/13 Sales Mgr. text me and told me to call him. Told me rig landed already. He said he could not believe it and it had to be a record from order to delivery. We were targeting taking delivery in late April/May.

Quickest order to delivery for any car I have ordered.

Got my build sheet today and for some reason the order has OWL tires... Has anyone else ordered the normal Rubicon BSW tires but received the outlined white version instead? Uggh.

haha...I'll stop by on my way home from Idaho and trade you....I accidentally forgot to check the OWL box on my final build.....ugghhh

I will but the window sticker has "proudly built for (my daughter's name)" printed right on it from the factory. It may have been a conversion but it is the correct unit. Must have gotten lucky, like I said dealer could not believe it either. We think they had a close build already in progress and just completed it with the correct options and moved it through since it was a sold unit.

Just moved to D1 2.5 months after order. Updates have been pretty sporadic but what I'm getting from the dealer is consistent with what Jeep Chat is sharing with me.

Good news! How long have you been in D status for? I have ordered on 7th Oct 2020 and in D status since January. Did you get an estimated ship date yet?

D status since Jan 29th. No estimated ship date but an anticipated build date of April 14th.
