Ground effect lighting

I have eight on mine. I love them. But I'm using them for more ambient lighting for camping.

Hopefully you have better luck with them that I did. I've been using these as puddle lights for the running boards on my wife's Ram 2500 and have have had issues with the magnets rusting out after about a year or so. I had reached out to them about it and they sent me a new set, and not I'm having the same issue with the replacement set so I'm moving on to something different as soon as I have a chance to install them.

I haven't put them in yet, I've been on the road lately. I am planing on putting it in this week. I did connect it to see how bright they were and they did the job i was looking for them to do.

I added aftermarket coloured LED strips to my JL and have a controller hooked up like everyone else to be able to change the colour. Not my thing, but one of the is 'white' which is what I would use and the rest are for my daughter once she takes over my Rubi as her main driver.

I used waterproof marine strips that I had left over from my party boat and picked up a cheap controller from aliexpress. I have the antenna for the controller just in the grove between the hood and the windshield so I can change it from inside the car if I wanted too.
