good budget shock options

im installing a rough country 2.5 spacer lift and want to replace the shocks as well. Looking for a budget shock that will perform a little better than the stock one. Im not looking to spend 200 a shock. anyone have good experiences with a budget shock

I wouldn't skimp on shocks they are the maybe the most important part that contributes to good ride quality. Get a shock extender bracket thingy and keep the stock ones to save cash before going cheap shocks. Just my two cents.

I run the same lift with 35’s. I run the 8.0 of the below shocks. If I had a do over I’d run the 7.0 as the 8.0 are stiff. Not bad but I do a lot more daily than rock crawling.

Honestly I wasn’t thrilled with the extender brackets so I put shocks on at the same time as the spacer lift. I think the ride is better than the stock shocks. I’m not saying a night and day difference but enough that I notice it.
