I ended up trying something like yours, David, maybe just a little bigger. In between my Jeep roll bar handle and the A pillar. Tight squeeze, but seems to be okay and still allows the visor to move, so far. Was really looking for a visor cover that could take an add-on glasses pouch, but have about talked myself out of it.
