Okay, so this isn’t an actual grill swap. The gladiator inserts (larger honeycomb) are a bolt on item that can be had for $45 total. The install is very easy, the grill comes off with only 6 clips (YouTube has a bunch of videos).
To get the inserts off, it’s only a few clips and a few torx screws and that’s it. What took a little longer was relocating the horns. Our diesels get hot and these are right in the way, so I mounted them near the front bumper. I did have to unbolt the winch and tilt it, but didn’t have to fully remove it.
