Gate Hinge Reinforcement

I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this question, but I am putting together my order for a 2021 Rubicon and don’t know whether to get the optional gate hinge reinforcement or not. I am planning to eventually get 35” tires, but nothing bigger than that. Is the reinforcement necessary for a 35” tire? Or is it really for larger size tires?

Depending on the total weight of tire and wheel it could be needed. I say better safe than sorry.

If you plan on going bigger than a 35, and heavy beadlocks you may need a stronger option.
