I wouldn't call it 'aftermarket'
It's the Mopar locking gas cap that is keyed to your Jeep key. That you have to buy separately.

I certainly looks like mine..which is matched to my door key.

It seems there are 3 varieties. A cheaper one that comes with and requires you to carry another key, but has no configuration, the one the OP and I have matched to the door key, and the same matched key variety for diesel.

Matching the key on the latter two is a process.​
