Hi everyone.

Hope all is doing well. I wanna ask which ACC fuse would you recommend that i tap into for an 8 gang auxiliary switch i had just bought?

I’ve already tapped on fuse F52 ( cigarette lighter) for my dashcam.

Thanks in advance.

Rear cigar lighter fuse or heated seat fuse.

I'm thinking it'd depend on how much amperage you'd be running through it.
No idea. It has a 60amp circuit breaker though.

Make sure you follow the manufacturers instructions specifically.

The wire to the fuse tap may be an ignition on trigger and/or for backlighting the switches only with the ignition on. If that’s the case it doesn’t need to be a high amperage fuse and should be an accessory on fuse location.

Again I’m speculating. What do the instructions tell you?

Thanks. It’s not specified. So I’m assuming any 10 or 20amp ACC fuse would do as long as it’s not a critical function of the vehicle.

That shows it wired directly to the battery. If you go that route make sure the circuit breaker is near the battery.
Thanks. Yes it’s wired directly to the battery. But I’m talking about the wire tap to the ACC. Might be just to trigger it and or for the backlighting as what @ Terrymo pointed out.

I'm not near my JL at the moment but when I wired my Auxbeam 800 in my 2020 JT, these are the two I was told to consider.

F57 - Drivers heated seat 20A - yellow
F58 - Passenger heated seat 20A - yellow

Thanks man. Yes I’ll use one of these.
