Frustrated...

So I order a LoD front bumper, frame tie ins and skid plate from Quadratec for my 2019 JLU a few days ago. They send updates as to shipping and yesterday they arrived in state and was to be delivered today. So, in anticipation of such, I spent several hours last evening removing the old stock plastic bumper and fog lights.
1530 hrs today (3:30 pm for civvies), Fedex drops off 3 packages and leave. I go out and find my skid plate, frame tie ins, and soft doors for a 2 door JK!

Of course, since I live in AZ and Quadratec ships from PA., they are now closed. No contact info online. I was going to email them a copy of my order, but even the order history is out of service! Very frustrating having been ready to go and anticipating the delivery....

One time Quadratec sent me a bumper I hadn’t even ordered.

I could have kept it, but it was butt ugly, so I refused receipt.

Quadratec has been a fucking mess lately. Plenty of other online retailers I would go with in the future.

They sent me one of two control arms. Then sent a track bar on instead. And refuse to send me the other mopar control arm

They used te top notch, but it seems things have went down the tubes lately. Sorry for your hassle-moral of story is never get ready for a Jeep part swap until the stuff is actually in your sticky little paws. Good luck getting this resolved quickly ( and thank you for your service!)

I gave up on Quadratec two years ago-I too ordered a front bumper and after three weeks never received it and was told it was shipped and blah, blah, blah. Went to extreme terrain and had my bumper and winch in a week. Quadratec-yeah lesson learned. If they sent me anything trying to regain my business-I'd send it back and tell them to pound sand. Lesson learned. Keep the Jeep wave going.
