Discount Tire has always done right by me even when they screw up.
My dealer not so much!!! Wife had a flat on her SUV, needed tires and was near the dealership. Told them I wanted Michelin MXM4 All-Seasons. What did they put on? Michelin Primacy 3s thinking I wouldn't check
Oh well, got 2 free when I returned to have them switched out.
