I want to get a winch but not sure if it will mess up my front suspension. It’s 68lbs. I don’t want a sag. Also what else will it affect? MPGS?

The entire vehicle weighs in the 4,000 lb. range, and putting 4 decent size guys in the seats can easily add 800+ lbs. Would you even consider telling your friend that their 68 lb. kid can't ride in the vehicle also because they weigh too much?
Granted, the weight is hanging off the front some and likely you will be adding the weight of some sort of bumper also. A bumper and winch setup could cause the front suspension to sag a little, but anything within a reasonable weight really isn't going to cause damage or much extra wear to the suspension. If you want to simulate the sag and see what it looks like just put some weight on the bumper....have a buddy or wife sit on it and you will get a idea for how much it will sag.

If it sags too much you can always add a small spacer to the front springs.

I'm often occupied, by many things, often at the same time
You want mutually-exclusive things. You cannot add winch weight (to the bumper) without the weight being carried by the springs.

I want a 1/2 lbs bacon cheddar cheese burger without fat and calories.

The issue isn't just a 68 lb winch. It's the crazy heavy 1/4" steel bumpers that people seem to love. Some of these are incredibly heavy. I know nobody wan't to spend more than they have to. But an aluminum bumper or a thin factory steel bumper are better than some 150-200 lb battleship bow.

Carolina Squat that Jeep.......... Then it won't matter how much weight you put on the front.

Or, take into consideration what bumper you want to run, factory, a 130lb XRC gen 2, Aluminum etc.. I went with the EVO stubby. Not aluminum, but not too heavy.

I have a Quadratec Stealth-10 with synthetic line on a Mopar steel bumper. It is one of the most compact units out there: I can feel the added weight up front, particularly driving around town and hitting bumps; less so on the freeway.

It is what is.

Just installed a Smittybilt winch w/ synthetic line on the OEM steel bumper using a Grimm winch plate. Was also concerned about sag & front end mass causing more frequent/severe bump stop impacts.
The winch was 68lbs and the winch plate was 23lbs.
Measuring the wheel arch height before and after the install showed a drop of about 3/4". I put in a set of 3/4" spring spacers to get back to the original height.
Haven't noticed any impact on MPG.

I replaced my plastic bumper with a Rock Hard Patriot aluminum and added a Smiitybilt winch. No observable difference in ride height-lost maybe 1/2 mpg.
Nearly the same here. I got a GenRight aluminum front bumper and a Quadratec 10K winch. In the end I got about 1/4" sag.
