Did you not change the belt tensioner?
are you even sure it’s the belt making noise?

There's an idler and tensioner pulley. If they've never been changed, it's probably time.

If anyone has been screwing around with adding cans of crap into the AC system, that can cause the compressor to lock up or require higher torque. It's happened to me. The solution was evacuate the system and recharge by weight.

No I didn’t change tensioner when I had belt off it spun freely and no slop was told idlers then told gotta be alternator and the power steering . That’s what it sounds like is a hi pitch dry power steering pump

Fix the things that don’t work first. A/C going out on a wrangler is actually pretty rare.

belt tensioners should be considered a service item with the same lifetime as the belt itself. The spring wears out. Replacing the pulley is a bush fix.

Pull the belt off and start it. If the squeal is still there, it's not any of the belt driven components. If it goes away, it's the belt driven components. You already have a list of things you changed. The remaining list is short. As mentioned, the tensioner is suspect...for two reasons; the tension on the belt and the bearings in the pulley on the tensioner.

The AC compressor is also suspect, especially since it doesn't work.
