Freedom top bag

Freedom top bag zipper broke three months into owning my 2024 Jeep. A bit disappointing. Anyone else have this happen?

Was it tight to zip?

Only one video I came across showed the proper way to zip. You lay the bag on its back and place the passenger top inside and cover with the divider blanket. Then after installing the drivers top, the zipper should zip somewhat freely as it fully zips the storage bag. They used the back of their jeep to show why the tail gate has an odd notch. It is that when stored laying flat the tail gate can close without being obstructed.

and... I was able to fix the zipper finally. as is often the case, a lot of lube helped.
