Fox ATS 2.0 reservoir position

Are there any issues (besides potential rock crawl damage) mounting the ATS reservoir pointing at the axle instead of tilted up & diagonally to clear the trackbar on a stock JLUR lift? Pic for reference.

Looking at it, make sure when you turn lock to lock, the reservoir isn't hitting the axle housing.

The reservoir is closest to the axle housing at full right turn, but there's still roughly 1/2" of clearance.
