How is everyone applying it? Do you use the spray cans? If you buy bulk, what equipment is needed?

Cover brakes and rotors with trash bags and go to town with the film. I try to apply once a year before winter. My undercarriage is perfect 4 years into ownership.
Is that lift drilled into the concrete or free standing?

Any lanolin-based coating will work fine. I like B'laster Surface Shield, simple aerosol spray. Prior owner used it, and I reapply annually to both my vehicles. Looks like new at 80k miles.

I used the black woolwax last Nov - woolwax seems to be a bit thicker and think I over did it a bit as I was planning on another application this month but still caked on pretty well - will check it again In January... used compressor and spray can but it is a mess to do on 4 jacks. A lift makes this process a piece of cake

Are you guys spraying suspension, inside bumper, control arms, drive shaft, etc? Pretty much everything (besides exhaust) on the belly?

What is the advantage of the FF black version?
Thanks
The black version pretty much covers the color of rust and any other imperfections. It just makes it look a little better on a black frame but doesn't last forever. Hit it with rustoleum or POR 15 paint then spray it with FF

I think it is suspended from the rafters so you can swing your Jeep back and forth and stay in one position while you spray. Only joking with you, it would be insane to put up a two post lift without the correct anchoring. We even did special block pours for our Jib cranes.

What smells worse , WoolWax or Fluid Film ? I haven't tried any of the others. I have heard from some of our northern Jeepers that Krown is the way to go. I first learned about it while visiting a papermill in Canada

I used 5 spray cans this morning on a JLU. Menards had them for $9.99 each. (cheaper than Amazon, but more per oz. than via gallon).

I noticed he didn’t have Surface Shield in his video, so I thought I would add this comparison:

+1 for Boeshield. It's a bit pricey, but also very well-regarded by every author of every post that I've read regarding the different brands.

I purchased this specialized spray wand to maximize the distribution of the treatment being applied.
I have to say this was the number one spray that we used at the marina next up was Mercury Marines anti corrosion spray which worked great on outboards, we would spray down every electrical connection and pretty much the entire motor with either Boeshield or Mercury's high priced spray and it would last the entire season and then some
