The front sway links weren't extended long enough and the rear pinch seam was digging into the tires, so both were hampering full flex. I think I can easily get another at least 4" of wheel lift after those hangups are addressed.

I recognize that area! that is under the railroad bridge at NEMO tunnel. Did you climb the hill behind you? If you are fairly close we should go wheelin sometime.
I didn't, but a guy I was with did.

We're down in Atlanta. We came up to Windrock for the weekend. I'll hit you up next time we're heading that way.

Dammit that’s a flexy mofo! Another reason coil overs aren’t needed in a JL. Don’t get me wrong, coil overs are badass and flex a tiny bit more, but Not worth the headache. These pics are proof positive. Colby takes good pics!

Thanks brother....... I’m really impressed with these shocks. They are expensive, but cheaper than coil overs. They definitely are as advertised.

I flexed the front end to see how far I could droop it before the spring got loose in the housing. I determined that I could go with the shocks for 4.5”- 6” lift, which has extended length in front of 30.5” and 32” in the rear.

I had to adjust my end links and adjust length of locker wire, diff breather hose etc.... took me and Colby a minute and several trips on the ramp to sort out how much bump to run , but I think I’ve got it where I want it, at least for now, lol.

I mean the hill behind your buddy... lol it is fairly steep and about the only difficult part out there. But yeah... shout at me next time you all come up.

I didn't, but a guy I was with did.

Put mine up on the ramp at the Mud4Blood blood drive again this year. Kind of surprised that my JLUR with only a 3/4" spacer lift and different wheels went 69.5" up a 30° ramp vs a bone stock JLUR right behind me getting 65" up.
