Flat towing Harness location

I have had my 2024 Jeep Wrangler set up to be flat towed behind my RV. We have already taken one good trip with it and it worked great. However I have some questions in regards to the location the installer chose for the Wiring harness and the breakaway.
As far as looks goes this location is fine. My question is more about driving off-road.
Does this location hinder my ability to? Does it cause an insure with water fording?
Would I be better off moving these to the top of the bumper?

I mounted the harness above the bumper to avoid water. Also my breakaway is mounted inside the bumper with the part from the rv going through an opening, just so it’s harder to catch on anything.

I used a Rock Hard bumper and have electrical connection and break away mounted on top. The break away swings to the side when not used.
