Will post more details later but in short Craig delivered on everything discussed. No surprises at all. Easiest buying experience I’ve ever had and I buy 1-2 cars per year (i have a problem.

How does he handle out of state trade ins?

This was an addition so no trade in. When I’ve bought out of state I haven’t traded anything in. I’m up to 3 cars now in the last 8 months so going to try to hold off for awhile...I do plan to keep this. I had a 2012 that I traded in not long ago and missed having the Jeep which lead to this....first time I missed having a car after selling it so expect I’ll have this one for awhile

Have pretty much every option except the safety group and proximity (that wasn’t available when I ordered). Think other than that I checked every other option...Jeep thanks me for that with an MSRP a little over $55k so was great to get the deal from Koons to offset sticker shock

I drove. Was going to take train but since only 2.5 hour drive was easier to do that. They were ready, Jeep was waiting right out front when i arrived. I decided to finance at the last minute and used them as they were able to match the best rate I could fine and was also easier to coordinate that way but would have been just as easy to bring a check. I was in and out in about an hour...i didn’t get the full debrief on all the tech etc which Craig was happy to do but I like to play with it and figure it out on my own.
