Ok Folks I am flying to pick up my 2021 JLUR tomorrow. I have printed the checklist and read a bunch of posts about what to check for any other things I should think about or gotchas?

I wish its about 500 miles back and I have to work on Monday but, I am taking one of my sons to pick it up! Since I will have the softtop loaded in the back I can only take 1 so the other kids will need their own trips in the future.

Before you leave the dealership check out how much you can get from it from Carvana and Vroom

Check cold tire pressure and set to what is listed on door jamb sticker.

Pro tip: I stay far enough behind the vehicle in front of me so gravity can let most of the windshield-chipping projectiles 🪨 fall harmlessly to the ground.

And ask the dealer to adjust the headlights to a normal level. My LEDs blinded folks, because the factory setting was aimed to high.

make sure to open the fuse box and all of them are tight! it's under the hood firewall/passenger side

Make sure the steering box is steel and not aluminum.
