Cleaning the jeep and I find this. Not a rock chip.. not sure what could cause this..

Paint drip. Both sides have that and the blue arrow you drew. The driver side has that awful spot above the hing bolt.

Take it to a dealer for a warranty repair. They will send it to a body shop.

It's purefoam/sealer... Should chip off and look a bit better
