Already removed the red covers on the washer / windscreen stops, not shown in pictures.

In the 100 miles of mixed driving, I don't see the issues peeps talk about with 2018/2019 JL line. No soft acceleration peddle, no lane wander, no bad gas milage, and no overly noticable road or wind noise.

For being 6 years old and 83k on ODO now, it runs, looks and rides like it is considerably younger with very low miles.

Yep... only small aftermarket add-ons that will be removed and replaced with OEM. Took off aftermarket door entry pull handles... annoying as f@$%. Shorty antenna will go as well. Will add another matching trail badge to cover hole. Since it is born a Texan, going to add state traced cutout flags and add them to corner panels at vent panel, and rear tail gate. This baby has Texas badges for popular areas, like badges of honor. Everything is for the most part OEM, even a full head liner kit.

Welcome aboard! Jeep's lookin pretty spiffy!

Lane drift only really comes into play when it starts getting windy, and/or some combinations of tires or badly tuned suspension can certainly make a difference too. Some tires will really dig in and want to follow the rain grooves in highways for example.

That part mainly comes from people who buy a Jeep expecting it to behave like a fully modern vehicle. Not a solid front axle, off road biased machine. That said, as far as wranglers go, JL's have great road manners compared to previous gens. Even the JK.

Actually, the 2018-2019 JLs were the most solid builds of the JL line. From 2020-on, they were built with sub par sensors and computer chips due to Covid thus poor parts availability.

Yep, no issues so far and now at 500 miles. OEM LEDs get flashed left and right. Even by semi tractors with a small city mounted on their rig. Ha! Averaging 21 MPG, which is normal for v6 8spd auto rubicon 2 door. Got to keep at traffic speeds 75 MPH and above at times.

I did find... until I quit fighting the steering on bumpy roads. My all terrain tires might be trying to track the uneven road heights with bumps and all. If you hesitate reacting to bumps the steering will stay relatively straight on its own. It's when you try to compensate the sloppy feel, as it reacts in opposition to what you expect it to do.

Yep straight axle with a lift has its peculiarities, but manageable when you get use to it. I sorta have to, since it is my only car.

I am an odd duck... when I think of jeep Wranglers I think of CJ... 2 doors. 4 doors just isn't right to me. Plus they are a dime o dozen where I live. Though TX, MS, and AL seem to have all the 2 doors. HA! Only saw two 4 doors in my 500 mile run.

Tan leather gets silver grey... which I wanted to have over that of the stock red. Now to get black cloth seats. I am feeling the high humidity more than I should with leather.

Well I had searched and did find all years of JL had shared issues.

If it’s still has the oem steering stabilizer, you may want to change it out, it will make a difference. And congrats!
