I ordered my *'21* in August of last year. It was delivered 2 weeks before Christmas... 4-1/2 months... and since then waiting times have gotten longer. It's not a secret.

I noticed an error (black seat instead of tan) on my order right before they shipped it. The dealer offered to reorder it as a '22. I took it as it was rather than risking another 6 months.

And we're ALL aware of lead times in general. I don't know how anybody can be surprised at long lead times. We're ALL dealing with it.

By the way, for the past 4 years or so, due to a shortage in drivers, shipping containers have been sitting in the train yards for ~3 weeks before they're able to get to them. The train lines are also cutting back workers' hours even though they've had record profits (I've got a friend who works for the trains in Chicago... they are currently negotiating a new contract).

Big corporations everywhere are bringing in huge profits at the expense of good service... and we are too divided politically to fight back against them.
100% on board with your post.

That said I still have to deal with people who have no clue that we still have supply chain issues and don't understand why they can't get in their building fully renovated over the summer. In addition to the supply chain there is a lack of skilled workers for many construction related trades. So there are times, when if you can get the materials in a timely manner, there is a backlog for installation because of a shortage of skilled tradesmen.

I'm a 2020 Bronco reservation holder with a Jan '21 order that still hasn't even had a sniff of getting scheduled to build yet... Best of luck to you if you go that route. I bought my JLR, am loving it and am undecided if I will even buy the Bronco at all if and when it does get built.
flip it... as long as the market is still strong... it's one of the few things we as consumers can do to take advantage of it.

I've worked in Kitchen and Bath in Northern IL for almost 20 years... I know exactly what you're going through... and it was getting tighter even before the pandemic. I moved to Milwaukee 4 years ago and the market up here is different than the Chicago market. I had to find a job outside of the industry.

WTF is wrong with you. If wanting FCA to do better is acting like a Karen, then I will proudly wear that badge. Once again FCA, Can and should do better for their customers. That’s my opinion and I don’t care if you agree.

This is so funny. I watch the video in post #62, then get to this, and my first reaction is OMG it's Randy. This can't be real.
