  1. Anyone know what this button does?

Oh, thanks a lot. I didn't see the damn duck until your post :)
  2. Got a little wet this weekend

Did you notice the photo in his post, think he might be pulling your leg.
  3. I don't understand why people complain about mileage!

We have the same 22 JLUR and after 34,000 miles the stop and go average is 23 and 27 on the highway. All depends on how hard you push the skinny pedal.
  4. Engine Cover stain/leak?

When I change oil I always take that plastic cover off so I can clean around the base of the oil fill. 5. Engine Cover stain/leak?

Looks like they pulled the dipstick and set it on the cover.
  6. Jeep Newbie Looking for Advices on Lift Kits

1 1/2 inches would be my choice. Clayton does look like a good option.

  9. New brake design? Cannot replace just pads?

OP, have you seen the pads with your own eyes yet?
  10. The efficacy of using a battery-operated chainsaw vs a gas model (when needed) offroad.

I carry a Silky F180 folding hand saw. It easily cuts that size and weighs less than a pound. I cut a 12 inch diameter tree blocking a trail the other day with it in just a few minutes. Trail snacks are necessary to keep my "battery" charged. ;)
  11. More embarrassing than driving w/ an open gas cap

On the bright side, you didn't drive away with it plugged in. As a husband I can confirm it was his fault.
  12. Brake issues

The calipers may be the problem, not fully releasing and causing the pads to glaze.
  13. Dealer Tire Rotation

Tires age no matter what you do. The sun just accelerates the process.
  14. Dealer Tire Rotation

A spare tire rotting in the sun for years, never being used does not make sense.
  15. Rubicon sand driving issues

Have you tried turning on the lockers?
  16. Planning a Road Trip Southwest...

The leg between Denver and Monument Valley is going to be the most beautiful in my opinion and highly recommend trading one of the nights at Grand Canyon for a stop near Moab so you can take more of it in.
