For my car washing routine I have gyeon synchro ceramic coat I applied last summer, when washing iff really bad or about once I mouth I hit it with gyeon restart in a foam cannon without pretending, then I’ll do gyeon foam in a different foam cannon they I alternate with each wash either gyeon bathe+ or gyeon wet coat I do a good rinse between each product then after last rinse I dry with a leaf blower with a short nozzle then wipe any left water with a microfiber towel.
I’ll have to look at this. I feel like after reading some of these posts I’ve been over doing it with different products.

Nothing better than having an atmospheric river do a deep clean, the Jeep has enjoyed over 8” of cleansing rain in the past 24 hours. It looks beautiful with the mud gone.
All jokes aside, that rain is no joke where you’re at. Stay safe!

Gyeon products tend to be on the higher side of cost but well worth it, I use it on all my vehicles and they sit outside 24/7 without any type of protection and after 6+ months so far on this coating it still looks like I coated it yeaturday.
The bathe+ and wet coat help to add layers to the ceramic coat, wet coat is a rinse add I general.

I’ve always been curious about that, it doesn’t leave any residue behind?
I does not. It’s awesome for air vents too, and around buttons etc… And at $6, if you hate it it’s not a big deal.

I second the RainX. Use the original formula in the small bottle. One of the first things I do when I get a new or new to me vehicle. I use it on all external glass, not plastic though

I should add that I have the advantage of parking all of our vehicles in a garage or metal shop/barn. That helps immensely. Especially as the years go by.

Use caution if you wash and wax often. I’ve seen guy literally rub through the clear coat and even color coat on fairly new vehicles. Too much of a good thing is bad.

i use ONR rinseless wash but not in the recommended manner. i spray the vehicle down then spray a microfiber so that it’s pretty wet and wipe it down. works great and you don’t get water all over the garage floor. after that, i use turtle wax’s hybrid solutions ceramic spray coating. nice gloss and great protection. lasts longer than a lot of consumer grade products.
303 for all rubber/plastics inside and out. even tires.
windex and paper towel on the glass followed by isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber.
that’s pretty much it. doesn’t take much as long as it’s done consistently - frequency depends on weather and use.
it’s pretty cheap and easy.
303 isn’t the cheapest product but that’s because i over use it.
i use 210 plastic cleaner and polish (which is just like plexus but cheaper) on the soft top windows - what a difference!
that’s about it

If you hear a disembodied voice tell you to build an ark... buy a snorkel for the Jeep...

I use Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Wax 2 or 3 times a year, usually try to do a double coat just before winter.

Depending I'll go to a coin car wash bay to power wash every 2-3-4 weeks, just power wash, no brush.

Every couple of months I'll use TW HS pro slick and slide to bucket wash, dry with their wet wax.

Then I use 303 protectant on the interior, all the plastics inside and out, bumpers and tires, running board, mats, anything plastic or rubber gets it, covers up mud stains nicely, don't even need to take much effort to scrub the stains when washing, when you can cover it up with 303.

Be a bit careful with 303 on the mats use sparingly on a cloth or brush, doesn't need much to get them black.

303 Fabric on the Sky-One Touch 2-3x a year.

I use either XPEL or Chemical Guys products on my Jeep exterior and interior. I also, have ceramic coating and PPF on the front-end. I only mention those two things because it make cleaning so much easier.

I’ll take a look. I am trying to get a better handle on how to care and maintain the paint with the ceramic coat.

I used a little of the Adams graphene booster today and ran into an issue where it kept making the fibers from the microfiber cloth I was using come off and stick to the paint. Took a while to get it off.
That is because you are using a cheap or Costco microfiber towel. Also, let the Adam's Graphene Booster set a bit before you wipe it off. Adam's does have YouTube video's that will tell you how to use each product.

Keeping you Jeep clean is important. I use absolutely nothing but Adam's products. When you mix different chemicals from different dealers you never really know what chemicals you are putting on your Jeep. So find one chemical dealer you like and stick with that. Having detailing cars for over 40 years one learns a lot. Making sure you prep your paint surface... clay bar, compound it if needed, polish, then wax... all before you Ceramic Coat it will lead to about zero maintenance for a least a year. This is my 2024 Rubicon X 4Xe , over 12,500 miles that I run through the Arizona desert, all kinds of weather, and it is not a mall crawler. I have washed it once in 3 months... all the rest of the time it is a quick wipe down. Cheap stuff will give you cheap results.
