EVO front trackbar torquing

Wanting to find out if torquing the jam nut is supposed/can be done while the track bar is mounted on the Jeep?
Manual says 300ft/lbs. I don’t think I can do that while on a bench wise. And afraid I’ll damage the bushings or the Jeep mounting bracket if I do it while it’s on the Jeep.

Appreciate anyone that has done this can chime in.

I would install it on the jeep and then get it as tight as you can with a crow's foot on a breaker bar. Use anti-seize and mark with paint pen, and check it once in a while.
