Hey guys,
I recently upgraded my Wrangler JL to 315/70R17 tires.
After that, I also changed the gear ratio to 4.56 and recalibrated the tire size properly using JScan.
Everything seemed fine at first — no ABS or ESC lights after reset and initialization.
But now, every time I accelerate hard or drive fast under load, the same ESC/ABS fault message comes back, and the Jeep suddenly loses power — it won’t pull anymore until I completely stop, turn off the engine, and restart.
I already checked the tire size and gear ratio settings — they’re correct. I also cleared the DTCs and did ABS re-initialization several times, but the problem keeps coming back.
Has anyone faced the same issue after changing tires and gear ratio? Could it be something related to torque management, wheel speed sensors, or the ECU adaptation?
Any advice would be appreciated
