EOBD/ Injection System Error

I have a brand new Sport S 4xe. I’ve had a couple mornings where I get the EOBD/Injection System error. The vehicle drives fine and there’s no light on while driving or starting up. It only seems to do it when it’s in the scheduled climate time before I leave to take my daughter to school. By the time I’m at work the next vehicle history report is completely normal. Anyone else with this issue/non-issue? I’ve seen others have it but the warning light lasted longer. I’m not worried since it’s only during these very specific times.

Drew, I'm baffled by a couple different things.

Injection System? WTF that's for Diesel engine aftertreatment. I googled and it seems you're not the only 4xe to experience it - and others have found this happens with 12V battery problems. It's one of the crazy things that happens with low voltage, and a reminder that the same modules and software are used across different FCA models (RAM trucks have this error message). So check your battery connections, or have your dealer test your battery.

Also, what is scheduled climate time?

And what do you mean by vehicle history report being normal? Do you mean the Vehicle Health Report from Uconnect? I've actually never seen anything amiss in that so I'm curious!

As for the scheduled climate, I’m talking about the charging schedule. You can set it to charge during off peak hours, but you can also tell it when you leave for school/work and it will use the house power to cool down or heat up the vehicle to desired levels, including the steering wheel and seat warmers.

Hey, no fair! Us lowly '23 and earlier people don't have the climate schedule features. We just have the charging schedule for weekdays and weekends.

It's not really helpful yet, especially since I'm in a covered carport, but I'm imagining it's going to be great in the winter. It's basically like a scheduled remote start, but I don't have to remember to click the button a little while before I leave.

I have the same issue. My app received the error but a few days later the app shows no EOBD error message. Keep in mind my car is a non-hybrid 3.6L Rubi X.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I stopped driving and made an appointment with my dealership. Its been four days since I left it for service.
