Hi everyone,
I found engine oil in the air filter box. What reason happened for this? Any suggestions?

Perhaps related, or I could be beating a dead drum...
What does your oil dipstick say? (Refer to manual.)
Yeah it looks like oil level dropped a little. Maybe this is related to pcv valve? And what do you mean dead drum?

Darn. I hoped to have deleted that message before you saw it.

You're thinking about some of the right things. But what I specifically had in mind was to see if your oil had been overfilled. That's been "a thing" with dealers. So that means just checking the dipstick... but using the exact procedure given in the manual if you didn't want the validity of your results to be openly questioned in numerous ways.

But again, I figured I was just grinding an axe on a low probability cause. I didn't delete the message before your eagle eyes snatched it! PCV sounds like a good suspect, but I don't know the specifics of how that would manifest on a Wrangler. Hopefully someone's seen this before.
Ok, it could be overfilled but great idea to check PCV valve. Do you know my friend where I can find it under hood?

I'd go with overfilled. You might find oil on your MAF sensor, which if bad enough, might throw a CEL and cause some rough idling. Depends what engine you have, I know very little about the 4XE.

Who’s been doing oil changes, what is the mileage and history of oil changes and / or additions?

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Dealer might have put oil in the air filter, from some of the horror stories around here nothing would surprise me at this point :(

Ok,
We can imagine two scenarios:
1. Dealer overfilled at the factory because this Jeep has 3500 miles and I'm not changed yet oil.
2. I had minor accident on off-road rolled over on the left side driver, I got damages such as driver side mirror and left front and rear wings.

What the solution? I can test it, clean up everything from oil and replace filter and check the result.
Can this steps be allowed?

Just throwing it out there, but I’ve had a similar thing happen to my SRT8 challenger when I went to fill my oil after the oil change. I used a large 5 qt container of oil and a couple quart bottles to make up to total oil qty. when I poured in the 5 qt container I used a large mouthed funnel. I was able to put more oil in the fill port than could drain into the bottom of the engine while filling and it overflowed out the intake, from the breather.

Door number 2. Got oil pooled at the top of the engine and spit it out through the crankcase ventilation.

Clean up the air box and replace the filter. Be observant of any poor running condition because the MAF sensor may be oil contaminated.

Done with cleaning oiled places! Could you please confirm that on the attached screenshots there are MAF sensor I guess correct? The best idea is to replace MAF sensor or just clean up will be enough?
How do you think after cleaning may I test without air filter just to make sure there no oil leaks and I can save new air filter after testing.

Well, I learned something new today, apparently the 2.0 doesn’t use MAF sensing as is common in other makes. It estimates mass based on intake temp, pressure, and O2 sensor feedback. In your photo is the intake air temperature sensor. I don’t expect IAT sensor to be sensitive to oil fouling in the way that MAF are. It certainly won’t hurt to disconnect the intake tube and inspect/ clean any oil out. But it’s probably not affecting how it runs.

Does it run OK now?

It looks like the oil level was above the Full line.

Clean your throttle body. You won't have to replace it. Be careful and don't scrub the inside barrel too hard. It's best to use a cleaner and a damp rag.

The oil may be coming back to the intake through the PCV system. Some engine blowby is expected and normal with an internal combustion engine. I'd replace the PCV valve which is considered normal maintenance in any event.

One way to eliminate blowby oil from getting back into the intake is to install a catch can. I've done that on several of my vehicles and dumping the oil out of the catch can
