It's less about breaking a bolt and more about one backing out and disappearing, or trying to get a trail repair done and the threads strip, or you fumble and it goes bouncing off a cliff edge, or, or, or ....This ^.
If you break a truly important fastener, chances are that the fastener will be the least of your concerns.
Loctite and torque the critical stuff.
Duct tape & bailing wire will take care of the rest
With the list that is posted here, there's only really 5-6 variations and all of them seem to be in the 2-4" length so carrying a couple of each type in a 4" length is cheap insurance that won't take much space. Add hose clamps, zip ties, and gorilla tape and you should be able to limp yourself or anybody else off the trail.
