Help identify bolts and clips

Just picked up my new Wrangler JLU and need help identifying these bolts and clips inside the ACC cover that were in the glovebox. Thanks!

Weird shaped, white plastic clips were on the hardtop windows when it arrived at the dealership. Placed at factory during production and were supposed to be removed by the dealer..

The 2 silver color bolts are to secure a license plate to the JL.

I think/believe the other black screws are used to secure the front license plate holder if dealer was to install.... if your State requires a front plate.

I second the ID by @Rhinebeck01 . My dealer must have kept the packet as they screwed my front plate with their trim frame to the plastic winch access cover on my front steel bumper. LOL
