Used an electric screwdriver on sport bar speaker cover screws, something made the brass inset threaded sleeves just spin in the plastic surround and i could not get the bolts loose so finally just apebrain yanked them out with the sleeves. Not sure what part # to search for to replace that sorry display of impatience

I slammed the hood down on my brand new Jeep just like I do on my truck. When it didn't latch, I slammed it down again.
No, I have not reproduced. You're welcome.

As a profession technician who works on jeeps all day long, I have, on multiple occasions, pulled a wrangler into the shop and reached into the driver footwell looking for a hood release.

That rattle would drive me nuts, I'd fill it with expanding foam. Problem solved.
Luckily there is no rattle, or none I can hear anyway. It must have wedged itself perfectly between the panels.

I was heating up the body mount bolts to put on some Rusty's sliders. Turning one of the bolts out with a ratchet and socket, 1/2 turn out, 1/4 turn in, 1/2 turn out, 1/4 turn in, bolt finally loosens up and it drops out. Ratchet and socket spin around hot AF and lands on my forearm at about 40 million degrees Kelvin. Needless to say curse words were hurled and I have a nice scar to remember it by.
