Dumb question...fuel cap door

I'm wanting to buy a fuel cap door for my 2022 Willys. Can someone please post a pic of the OEM one that came on your Jeep? I see tons of different ones online but I want to make sure I get the one that comes on some Jeeps.

If I am not mistaken, there is a difference among the trim levels. I only know that the Rubicon sitting in my drive way has "FUEL" on it in smaller letters than the one posted here.

What year is your Rubicon?

It's not very easy to purchase one that is OEM...at least for 2022. I guess they had different ones for the different trims. Makes no sense. ?

My 2021 JLUR came with one. Maybe I can sell it, buy a third party product, and spend the rest on a month's worth of gas? #justsayin

I think the disconnect here is that most Wranglers do not come with a fuel door. The fuel cap is exposed. If you are truly looking for a Mopar door, the one posted is the only Mopar one that I have seen. Someone said in a post the their Rubi came with a similar one that says fuel but i have never seen one of those. Check with your dealership parts dept to see what is available, that will tell you what is a true OEM. Also, dont start a thread with "dumb question". There are a lot of amazing people on this forum that are rdiculously helpful and there are no dumb questions. People on here have saved me a lot of headaches and been fantastic. There are some assholes too and they know who they are but 99% of the people on here want the same thing as we do... to enjoy our Jeep and share thoughts and ideas

Unless it’s a numbers matching concours restoration, I’d just go with the look you prefer. Comes down to whether you want a door that says ”Fuel,” or one that says “Jeep” for about half the price. FWIW, I went with the “Jeep” version 3 years ago and haven’t thought about it since.

Jeep makes 2 oem. 1 says Jeep and the other is this. The red Jeep at the top of your post is the one that says Jeep. Both of these are OEM. Fuel comes on Rubicons. This is my JLR, not a online pic. 2018 and above models are the same. Wish my son was home, cause i would take a pic of his. He had a guy just give him the one that says Jeep, for free. He hasn't installed it yet.
