Have we been able to verify that all Sahara builds after May are in fact coming with the black fuel door?

My Sahara did NOT come with the door. Buy one on ebay and install it yourself in 10 min.
I got the OEM Mopar door for $94.50 delivered.

My wife did get her Sahara with the painted hard top and it came with the fuel door, delivered on 3 April. I just ordered my Sahara with the painted top as well.

If it doesn’t- it’s about a 4 minute install. Literally 1 screw. Nothing like the JK install.

Yes, the install takes under 10 min. and is easy.... BUT, a few here that did the install, broke a locking tab during the process.

I guess. I did mine before there were any warnings or videos and it was just about the easiest thing I’ve ever done. But I guess there are always risks.

I got the painted top, but had to buy and have dealer install day of delivery.

I'm pretty sure at least half of the people that did the install broke the little cheap plastic locking tab... I know I did
