Bad planning on my part - but I’ve got my @Quake LED chop kit installed but unfortunately couldn’t salvage the inner liner. I’ve got some DV8 inner fender liners on order that will be here in a few days. Really want the ones from AAL, but of course they’re 6-8 weeks out.

Any issues with this as a daily commute in the meantime?

X2, no issues although I would avoid going mudding. Would be a mess to clean up.

Do you still have the fenders? It doesn’t take much of the liners to give some decent coverage, and you can lop it off with a razor without even pulling the rivets out.

I doubt it will be an issue commuting.

But with so many issues with bad auxiliary batteries, I’d go easy in the rain.

Good luck.

You shouldn't have any issues as everything in the engine bay is fully sealed. All electrical plugs are very nice weather pack plugs so even moisture shouldn't be an issue. We ran around without inners for quite some time while we were in a similar situation waiting for ours to ship--all in all don't worry and keep the jeep on the road!
