well that’s what I’m praying for! Lol. Thanks man!
If you pump it full straight, that's what it looks like when they flop and blow it out. I'm pretty sure you're good.

The problem is that your jeep is too short. Bigger springs will fix this.

I did not read every comment, but it looks to me like a jam nut on the tie rod would help. That clamp bolt is likely not enough to lock it into position. If it were me, I would buy either the Teraflex steering kit or the Metalcloak steering kit. Steersmarts makes good ones too, but I've never owned them (I do have their track bar bolts though). If you do the Teraflex ones, I would think Northridge4x4 sells them and you can use Affirm to fund. I use them a lot.

I readjusted it and so far so good. I’m thinking they just let it sag when they adjusted so I tweaked it up…took some slack out of the knuckle end and it is presently working well. After I put a couple hundred miles on it I’ll know if the nut is just too weak and if I need a jam nut. The Mammoth link didn’t come with one on that side but doesn’t mean it would help. Thinking of going rock jock if this doesn’t fix it. I can get a rock jock for around $300 and that’s the most reasonable price for a decent brand I’ve seen yet.

FYI my metalcloak setup leaks too in the same fashion. It’s messy, just the nature of the beast. Make sure you are checking and refilling grease every 5k miles. I do it when I rotate my tires.

that’s awesome to know! Yeah I figured I’ll do my drag link and ball joints every 5k with my oil and tire rotations. Thanks!

I bought just the tip from them and put it on my gun. I know $30 is insane, but it was worth it to me.
