Door window loose?

So while cleaning my windows, I lowered them down half way and noticed there is some substantial play in the windows. Is this normal? I had my front doors replaced due to corrosion warranty, and am wondering if maybe they didn’t secure something? Attached a video that I hope you all can see.

I would say not normal. Mine does not do that.

Yeah, it sounds like they screwed up while putting it back together. Take it back.

there are 2 bolts/nuts that hold the window down in that track/tray. I bet you're missing one of both or they're just loose. You can see them at the 6:18 mark here

Yep! The rears are a little loose too. I had one of them replaced too with warranty. Thankfully I work right across the street from the shop that worked on it, so my lunch will be spicy.
