Hey guys, just going through my first routine maintenance job this week on my JLUR and need some input.
The manual states that twice a year, I should supposedly lubricate the door hinge joints with grease. So I got to browsing online and now I've stumbled into the big wide aftermarket of door alignment pins, hinge liners, & other such stuff. Some of the reviewers for these things even say that with things like this, grease is no longer necessary. Dunno if that's true.
Help me out... what mods should I consider here to either make this need for hinge grease obsolete or to at least make things easier to take the doors off & on? Thanks!
