Passenger door hinge replacements or covers

Hey! I'm looking at my 4 door jl and to no surprise, my hinges have been pelted and the paint has chipped and cracked off. I'm looking at options and wondering what everyone would recommend! I'm leaning towards full replacement hinges, but I'm wondering what people have used, or what they'd recommend.
