I'm guessing her Jeep was getting towed, she jumped inside, and tried to drive away while it was already raised? Which is why the guy kept repeating "All of this instead of just paying $63, right".

I think that technically that is a flop. She saved $63 but it cost her an engine and likely a bunch of glass and sheet metal. Smooth.

The motor will be fine, seen plenty of flops on the trail. The smoke is inevitable as oil isn't draining back into the pan like it should. You think that's bad, you should see when you fire one back up after it day on its side for awhile. Looks like a freight train or tractor pull rig.
