Dealer don't know nothing, Bad service.

So its been over a month my 2018 jeep jl is having issues.
All the warning lights are on, no power steering either... I have to crank it and turn it off like 4 times before the power steering will work again and now my check engine light is on.
last night while driving on highway my steering lost control and i was unable to steer .
I already spent almost 1300 dollars at dealer and still they say no idea what the issue is. Preety bad service ?.

Have you replaced the batteries? What have they done for $1300 and was it working when you drove it away?

They charged me for labour hours and vehicle is still not running. Same all the issues are still there.
They want me to book another appointment so they can look in again but not sure what the issue is. Mean i will have to pay the labor again.

If they charged you $1300 and didn't fix anything, it's time to find a good mechanic. Do NOT go back there. Insane. This could be as simple as a low voltage issue, many cars famously throw codes like this when they need a new battery.

Have you owned it since new and ever change the batteries in last 3 years? Sounds like it might be more than just batteries but might be cheaper if have not changed them in a couple years.

If this is a battery issue, the codes are meaningless. They would all disappear.

Find a good independent shop…that’s the best choice. Going back to the people that couldn’t fix it to begin with doesn’t make sense to me.

As others have said, go somewhere else. I've actually left one dealer and gone to another a few miles away and the service was significantly better. If you want to stick to dealers, not all are the same. But an independent shop might be a better idea at this point.

Someone has mentioned to me they have lost power steering on their 2018 JLUR while moving several times over a year or so. It turns out to be damaged wire insulation due to rubbing and it was touching the body. Unfortunately, I have no way to find out the exact wire location. But I would take a good flashlight and inspect anything you can see for rubbing damage.

Then you will need to scan the codes as someone said. Did they give you any paperwork for that $1300? Find an autozone or someone with a bluetooth dongle and figure out what's going on. I see ABS brakes and a check engine, that is at least 2 issues. When did this start, was there an accident or did the interior get wet?
